DESCRIPTION
Wake up, lace up, and join Virginia Voice for a morning of fun, fresh air, and fitness! This Choose-Your-Distance Walk/Run/Roll/Stroll is an inclusive, accessible, family-friendly event celebrating our diverse community and empowering individuals of all abilities to get outside and exercise. All fitness levels welcome.
Sign up to walk/run/roll/stroll. Be a volunteer, sponsor, or vendor.
- Check-in opens at 8:00 am on June 13th; Walk/Run/Roll starts at 9:00 am; end by 12:00 noon
- Sliding scale, $10 suggested donation per participant
- Vendor and Sponsor opportunities available, more information below
- Rain or shine (indoor venue available on the campus)

FAQ
How far do I have to run/walk/roll? This event is Choose-Your-Distance and
Pick-Your Pace. One lap of the track is 1/4 of a mile.
Are wheelchairs and assistive devices welcome? Yes
Is the venue accessible? Yes. Handicap parking and drop off are available, too.
Are strollers allowed? Yes!
Are pets allowed? Guide dogs and service animals are welcome.
What if it rains? The event will be moved into the indoor venue on campus.
What volunteer opportunities are available? We have need for volunteer guides for participants with visual impairments. Training is provided.
Is there an age limit? Nope! This event is family friendly.
Are there any areas to be avoided during the run/walk event? Please stay off the field in the middle of the track. Kids may use the playground and small field next to the playground.
Where are the restrooms located? Restrooms are located in the building behind the bleachers.

There are several sponsorship levels available. Event sponsors receive:
Logo placement on event promotional materials, signage, website
Recognition in press releases, media coverage, social media, and other digital platforms
An exclusive networking opportunity and access to event attendees to distribute promotional materials
Verbal acknowledgment throughout the event
